Western Transmission Main

Middlesex Water Company is constructing a large diameter 4.5 mile water transmission pipeline from Edison Township to the Borough of Metuchen, New Jersey.

This $52 million critical investment is being made to supplement an existing large transmission main and ensure added resiliency to our water distribution network. This project is part of our Water For Tomorrow® initiative, an overall infrastructure investment campaign designed to enhance water service and reliability for current and future generations of water users.
